Capturing Time - Week 45

Here is one of the 'new' stamps that I received yesterday!
I managed to buy a few used ones off the Marketplace at UKScrappers!
I'm so happy that I have more little people to play with! :)

Tomorrow I hope to upload the new ones that I have!

I've also bought the other two packs of the Whispers Strokes markers: basic and pastel, and I think the colours are better!

Cards 3 & 4 - Christmas cards

Is it too early to start on Christmas cards?
Here in Tilda with tag, stamped twice, coloured in with Whispers Strokes, Distress ink, and Andirondack Earthtones. Paper is Basic Grey Wassill, Bazzil cardstock.
Do they look like my two nieces? :) I was trying to aim for that!!

The fourth card for today ... again Tilda with tag, Santa's Bench, and Clock with handle.
Whispers Strokes and Distress inks for the colouring, and stickles on the mistletoe and the purple socks, mitts, and bow.

Card 2 - Birthday card

This is the second card that I've made today ... I've blogged about the first card, but unfortunately I can't show it yet, as I want it to be a surprise!

Isn't Giggling Tilda an imp!! Now how cheeky is this!! LOL :)

I've used Sarah's Card kit, November for the paper and ribbon, Whispers Strokes Vintage colours to colour her in.

Birthday Card

First card done with Magnolia stamps ... this is Giggling Tilda, isn't she cute!
The papers, flower, and ribbon are from the November Sarah's Card Kit .. [pattern paper is The Daily Grind from the Notebook Doodles] ... again I've used Whispers Strokes to colour in the stamp.

New Beginnings - New Addictions!

You may be thinking what am I up to ... don't I have enough stash ... didn't I start a whole Scrap within a Budget idea ... yeah well, I'm hoping to keep myself in the black, and justifying my spending ..

I've recently come across these stamps and I'm so thrilled about getting my hands on them ...
They are so easy and lovely to colour in, and I think they will get their use in my layouts and cards!

After using the Hero arts snowman so much in my cards and Journal Your Christmas album, I think these stamps will be just as versatile to my style at least!

So here are the first to my collection:

Tilda with Tag
Edwin in Skiing Dress

Santa's Bench
Clock with handles

Giggling Tilda

Can anyone else apart from me see my addiction forming ... Good thing I've started storing my stamps in CD cases, and plan on buying 3 more CD shelves!!!

I've coloured the stamps in using Whispers Strokes Vintage Colours.
